Shipping policy

Hotshot Hose Shop endeavours to send all orders within 48hrs of paid order completion, however we cannot be held liable for any delay in shipping. 

If there is a delay in the shipping of an order, we will attempt to contact the customer using the contact details on the order.

If the order will be delayed beyond 7 days a full refund will be offered.

Once shipped via the customer's requested shipping method Hotshot Hose Shop cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery by the service provider.

'Standard' Shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post and is normally 2 day delivery to metro areas as per Australia Post's normal conditions of service.

'Express' Shipping is via Australia Post Express Parcel Post and is normally 1 day delivery to metro areas as per Australia Post's normal conditions of service.

Items over 5kg may be sent by courier. Please contact us for large orders.

If additional shipping costs are required, we will attempt to contact the customer using the contact details in the order, and the item will not be shipped until payment is made.

Once a custom built hose assembly is manufactured the order will only be cancelled and refunded minus the restocking fee.
